About Frances Baldwin:
Frances Baldwin is a long time resident of the Palos Verdes Peninsula.  She was a consummate achiever and excelled in her scholastic and extracurricular activities.  As she entered college, her excellence was bolstered by confidence as she continued to achieve higher and higher levels of success.  Finally, she earned a bachelors degree from the California State University, Long Beach, and went on to receive her masters degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Throughout the years, her persistency and vision for what is possible, propelled her to now hold the position of Vice-President and Senior Loan Officer for one of the South Bay's leading real estate lending institutions...

Frances remains one of the company's top producers.  In addition to the traditional residential loan transactions, short sale transactions, she has also ventured off into the realm of construction loans, commercial loans including, retail, store space, warehouse space, and finally multiple family residential dwellings.  But, by far, Frances has a home in lending for and developing luxury home projects.  She has experience in multi-million dollar, multi-faceted projects and knows how to get them started, maintained, and closed.
